摘 要:磨削加工作为高精度弧面凸轮的曲面加工必不可少的工艺环节,国内一直没有很好解决。笔者以解决这个问题为目的,分析了弧面凸轮的结构特点和现有弧面凸轮磨削加工存在的问题,提出了弧面凸轮单侧面磨削方法,并论证了该方法的可行性。该理论研究以设定坐标系的弧面凸轮轮廓面方程为基础,根据单侧面磨削加工原理推导出了单侧面磨削加工凸轮实际廓面方程和砂轮中心线轨迹方程;研究单侧面磨削加工砂轮刀位补偿及控制方法,解决了弧面凸轮轮廓面单侧面磨削的加工刀位控制问题;在弧面凸轮单侧面磨削机理的基础上得出两种凸轮轮廓面的法向误差模型和误差分析计算方法。The grinding process is an essential part of high-precision globoidal cams machining process,it has not yet been solved in china.To solve this probiem,we present the one-side grinding processing of a globoidal cam and demonstrate the feasibility of the method in analysing the structural characteristics of the globoidal cam and the existing problems in grinding processing of the globoidal cam.The actual cam profile equation of the one-side grinding processing and the grinding wheel centerline trajectory equation are derived according to the principle of one-side grinding processing based on the setting coordinate cam profile equation of the globoidal cam.We also solve the problem of tool path control of one-side grinding processing by studying the grinding wheel position compensation and the control method of one-side grinding processing.We present two normal error models of cam profile and computational methods of error analysis on the basis of one-side grinding mechanics of globoidal cam.
