摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对肺动脉栓塞的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析35例肺动脉栓塞患者CT成像资料,所有患者均行16层螺旋CT扫描,并结合Vitrea 3.7工作站进行后处理技术成像。结果:35例平扫显示片状实变影,磨玻璃样影,楔形变等。增强扫描能清晰直观显示中央型肺动脉栓塞,周围型肺动脉栓塞等。结论:多层螺旋CT作为一种无创伤性检查技术对肺动脉栓塞具有较高的诊断价值。Objective：To evaluate the value of spiral CT on pulmonary embolism by analysising the CT appearance of pulmonary embolism restrospectively.Method：Thirty-five patiants with pulmonary embolism were examined with multi-slice spiral CT,and did some reconstrction in Vitrea 3.7 post processing station.Results：In 35 patients,some imagines such as patchy consolidation,ground glass opacity,wedge shaped shadow,＂ mosaic oligemia＂elc can beseen on plain CT,On contrast enhancement CT stan,the central pulmonary embolism and the peripheral pulmonary embolism ect can be seen clearly.Conclusion：Multi-slice Bpiral CT is of high value in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism as a way without invasive.
