摘　　要：政府资助科技项目成果转化在当代社会呈现"放权让利"趋势,其法律调整机理符合"教育、科技、经济一体化"发展的内在规律。政府资助科技项目成果转化的法律调整体系除《科技进步法》有关规定以外,还涉及专利制度等其他众多法案的综合协调与配套改革。政府资助科技项目成果转化的法律调整需要确立合理的权利配置机制与必要的权力干预机制。In contemporary society the trend of decentralization has emerged in achievements transfer in the government-funded science and technology project.Its legal regulation mechanism is in line with the inherent law of the development of integration about education,science and technology and economic.The legal regulation system of achievements transfer in the government-funded science and technology project not only includes the relevant regulation of The Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Science and Technology Progress,but also involves comprehensive coordination and supplementary reformation about many other bills such as the patent system,etc.A reasonable mechanism for the allocation of rights and a necessary mechanism for the authority to intervene must be established during the legal regulatiion of achievements transfer in the government-funded science and technology project.
