摘  要:具有解钾活性的硅酸盐细菌──胶质芽孢杆菌(R.mucilaginesus)W9-12与具有杀虫活性的苏云金芽孢杆菌(B.thuringensis)Bt179208原生质体质进行了融合。W9-12原生质体形成率为99.7%.再生率为24.9%,Bt179208原生质体形成率为99.9%,再生率为35%。以PEG为助融剂进行原生质体融合.得到56个融合子.融合率为5.92×10-6。融合子在双抗选择培养基上连续传代10次,得到12个稳定的融合子,生物测定表明,融合子既具有一定的杀虫活性又具有一定的解钾活性。The results of the interspecific protoplast fusion between B. mucilag tnosss W9 - l2 which has decomposing potassium activity, and B. thuringensis Bt 179208 which has pesticide ability, were reparted- High frequency of protoplast formation and regeneration was obtained with 12h activated W9 - 12 treated by 2mg/ml lysozyme. Using 40% PEGand 5% nascent Ca2+ to treat the parential protoplast mixture for 10min at 37℃, 12 stable fusants were obtained. Biological tests show that they have both pesticide ability and decomposing potassium activity.
