摘　　要：目的：对立克命０．８％液剂灭鼠效果进行评价。方法：在实验室采用无选择性和有选择性实验，同时进行现场实验。结果：实验室无选择性试验，试鼠８天全部死亡，死亡高峰期在３～５天；有选择性实验，试鼠全部死亡，死亡高峰期在４～６天，试鼠最低摄入量为２．６ｍｇ死亡。现场实验灭鼠率达到９４．９９％，校正灭鼠率达９５．３２％。结论：该药品安全，使用方便。The paper reported the effect of 0.8% Racumin liquid against rats.The effect determination came from the laboratory and the field tests.The results for laboratory showed all of the mouse was killed by drinking Racumin liquid in 8 days,and the death peak period was 3～5 days.The other determination showed the death peak period was 4～6 days by drinking Racumin and water.The lowest death drinking amounts of the mouse was 2.6mg of Racumin.In the field tests with the Racumin liquid,the death rate was 94.99% for the Rattus norvegicus.The correct death rate was 95.32%.It is obvious that the Racumin liquid is safe and convenient to use and a good efficacy would be obtained.
