归芎药对对小鼠离体子宫收缩活动的影响

摘　　要：目的观察归芎药对不同配比、不同提取方法对小鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩活动的影响,并探讨当归与川芎的配对组合规律。方法采用3种方法分别提取7个不同配比的归芎药对;应用小鼠离体子宫收缩模型评价它们对小鼠离体子宫收缩活动的影响。结果50%醇提、先水提再醇提方法和当归-川芎(1.5∶1、1∶1)配比药对对小鼠离体子宫收缩活动的影响较为显著。结论不同配比、不同提取方法的归芎药对对小鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩效应的影响强度不同,其产生作用变化的物质基础有待进一步的研究。OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of different ratios and different extraction techniques of Danggui and Chuanxiong on the contractions of the smooth muscles of mouse uteri in vitro and to explore the best ratio between the two herbal medicines. METHODS Seven different ratios between Danggui and Chuanxiong were extracted with three different extraction techniques. Their effects on mouse uterine contractions in vitro were assessed with a model of mouse uterine contractions. RESULTS The most significant effects were found when the herbs were extracted with 50% alcohol, and extracted with water followed by alcohol, and when the DangguiChuanxiong ratios were 1.5 ： 1 and 1 ： 1. CONCLUSIONS Different pairing ratios and different extraction techniques of Danggui and Chuanxiong contribute to different effects on the contractions of the smooth muscles of mouse uterus in vitro, and its material basis requires further study.
