后奥运时期我国体育志愿者保障法律制度建设研究

摘　　要：我国正推进"体育强国战略",发展体育志愿者将极大促进我国体育强国目标的早日实现。从体育志愿者发展与我国体育强国战略实施关系入手,阐述了我国体育志愿者保障法律制度建设的必要性,并从体育志愿者组织保障和体育志愿者个人保障两个方面讨论了我国后奥运会时期体育志愿者保障法律制度的建设。This paper expatiates on the necessity of constructing of the Chinese sports volunteer security legal system in the post-Olympic era on the basis of the relation between the development of sports volunteer and China＇s strategy of becoming a powerful nation through sports.
