摘　　要：世界乒乓球运动优势转移经历了5个发展阶段:欧洲乒乓球运动的全盛时期;日本队称雄世界乒坛;中国队崛起;欧洲的复兴与欧亚队抗阶段;中国打世界、世界打中国。的速度、旋转、力量、弧线和落点,是乒乓球比赛的5个制胜因素,而战术能力是串联所有制胜因素的核心竞技能力。世界竞技乒乓球优势转移的影响因素有:良好的政治、经济、文化环境是取得竞争优势的前提;适合于国情的体育体制为竞技乒乓球起着强有力的推动作用;国家的支持和体育体制创新是有力推动;群众体育的开展是竞技优势的基础;后备人才的储备是保持发展的动力;把握制胜规律是获得竞争优势的关键因素;进行技战术创新是获得竞争优势的重要手段。Five winning factors of a Pingpong match include speed, spin, force, arc and falling point. Meanwhile, the ability of using appropriate tactics is the core competitiveness integrating the five fa tors. For the transfer rules of the international Pingpong advantages, beneficial political, economic and cultural environments are crucial. Sports system in accordance with the national situation, national supports and sports system innovation can push the athletic Pingpong forward. Sports for all development is the basis for athletic advantage. Backup forces are important for sustainable development. Grasping the winning rules is the key to winning athletic advantage. Technical and tactical innovation is the major means.
