摘　　要：近年来,警察公共关系危机频频发生,警民关系及警察形象严重受损。如何正确应对危机,重塑警察形象意义重大。议题管理的功能决定了它是应对警察公共关系危机的有效办法之一。In recent years the crisis of police public relations occurs thick and fast, which severely damages the relationship between police and civilians and the image of police. How to deal with such crises and reconstruct the image of police is a major subject under discussion. This paper introduces the relevant theories and proposes the concrete methods to cope with the crisis of police public relations.
