摘　　要：造就一支结构合理、素质优良的社会工作人才队伍,是构建和谐社会的迫切需要。通过优化社会工作专业实验教学平台,探索创新型社工人才的实验教学体系,以充分调动社工专业学生实验的积极性、创造性为手段,激发他们实验的创新欲望,达到分享实验过程、激励创新理念的实验目的,并对实验质量和实验效果作了总结。It is urgently needed to create a social work team with rational structure and quality,to build a harmonious society.The innovative social work experimental teaching system is explorated by optimizing the social work profession experimental teaching platform.It is necessary to regard fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of the students as a means to stimulate their innovation desire to experiment,getting the purposes of sharing the process of the experiment and encouraging the concept of innovation.Some conclusions on the quality and effects of the experiment are also summed up.
