摘 要:本实验共分离到3属4种42株肠内有益菌。上述菌株接种于10%“番泻甙”(Sennosides)Gambroth中的培养结果表明,“番泻甙”对这些菌株的增殖没有影响;并应用HPLC(高效液相色谱仪,直线梯度法)检测出4株具有“番泻甙”代谢能力的细菌,其中Bifidobacteriumbreve2株、Bifidobacteriumlongum1株、Enterococusfeacalis1株。B.breveB7061、B.longumB70621显示了高“番泻甙”代谢能力,两株菌在37℃24小时017%“番泻甙”Gambroth培养液中的“番泻素”(Sennidins)的生成量分别为5258μg/ml和250μg/ml。但是,这4株菌的增殖曲线同培养液中“番泻素”的生成量曲线均不同步。上述结果表明,依据“肠道微生态学理论”,应用上述有“番泻甙”代谢能力的肠内有益菌同含有“番泻甙”的中草药等配合,可以开发出新型“便秘治疗及整肠药物”。strains that belong to 3 families and 4 kinds of beneficial bacteria in intestine were isolated from health persons and seeded in 1 0% sennoside(A+B)Gam broth.The results show that the growth of those bacteria were not effected by sennoside(A+B).With examination of HPLC(High performance liquid chromatograph,Linear gradient method),4 strains having a ability of metabolizing sennosides were found which are 2 strains of Bifidobacterium breve;1 strain of Bifidobacterium longum;1 strain of Enterococcus feacalis.B.breve B7061 and B.longum B70621 showed that thay had a high metabolization of sennosides than other strains,after at 37℃ 24 hours incubated in 0 17% sennoside(A+B) Gam broth;meanwile,high productions of sennidins in incubated liquid was 258μ g/ml and 250 5μg/ml. But the growth curve of these 4 strains did not march with production of sennidins in step. Those results suggest that,on the theory of intestinal microecology and using those bacterial strains having a bility to metabolization of sennosides with Chinease meidcinal herbs containting sennosides,new stype drugs treating constipation and caring colon will be exploited.
