摘　　要：对于中国航行于中东-宁波舟山港航线的船队来说,若能够利用处理后的长江水资源作为船用压载水,实现压载水岸上低成本处理和淡水资源出口中东国家,形成一条往来于中国-中东海域浮动的淡水资源通道,将是一项有利于海洋生态环境且投资回报率很高的战略性重大举措。It will be a favorable marine environmental innovation for China's fleets,if they can load the low-cost treated Yangtze River Water as their ballast water when they sail from Ningbo-Zhoushan Port to the Middle East.In addition,the treated fresh water could also be traded as valuable commodity to those water stressed oil-exporting countries in the Middle East,which will form a precious floating fresh water pathway with high return rate on strategic investment.
