护理干预对减少社会因素剖宫产的作用

摘　　要：目的:降低社会因素的剖宫产率,减少剖宫产给产妇、新生儿造成的不必要伤害及医疗资源的浪费。方法:设计社会因素剖宫产调查表,对2008年4-8月156例产妇进行调查分析,并采取相应的护理干预。结果:经过护理干预,156例产妇中128例选择试产,其中89例自然分娩,占69.53%。结论:做好健康教育,减少产妇分娩痛苦,可减少社会因素剖宫产率。Objective：To cut down the rate the of cesarean section for social factors,reducing the unnecessary injury of maternal,newborn brought by cesarean and the waste of medical resources.Methods：Designed cesarean section questionnaire,to investigate 156 cases of maternal during April to August in 2008 and analysis the data,taken the appropriate nursing intervention.Results：After nursing intervention,128 cases in 156 cases of maternal choose to trial production,of which 89 cases took natural childbirth,accounting for 69.53%.Conclusions：Better work in health education,reducing the pain of maternal when childbirth can can reduce the rate of cesarean section for social factors.
