摘　　要：人口死亡管理是国家及其相关部门的一项重要工作,不仅关系到死者个人及其家属的切身利益,而且与解决有关矛盾纠纷、构建和谐社会密切相关。随着社会的发展、人们生活水平的提高及生命价值观的改变,与死亡管理有关的矛盾日益突出,有的已演变成为具有重要影响的突发事件,危害当地的安定团结,影响社会和谐。本文介绍了目前我国人口死亡管理和相关立法的现状及存在的问题,提出一些改进死亡管理的对策和建议,希望能为相关政策制定者提供一些借鉴。Death administration of population is an important work of government,which relate to not only vital interests of the dead and his family,but also mediating relative social contradiction and dispute,and constructing harmonious society.With the social development,im-provement of living sdandard and life value,it is increasingly notable to the social contradiction related to death administration,some of which have become special events and disserved local stability and unity and disadvantage society harmony.The present situation and problems of de-ath administrationare and related legislation are as follows.
