摘　　要：通过对大型空分冷箱扒砂检修的诸多原因分析,结合多台空分冷箱的安装、检修、维护、运行的经验,对空分安装和检修的质量控制提出了应对措施,并在多台空分中进行了实践,效果显著。The problems in overhauling cold box of a large air separation unit after cleaning the perlite are analyzed.In the light of experience of installation, overhauling, maintenance and operation of many cold boxes of air separation units, some measures for quality control of installation and overhauling of the air separation unit have been advanced.The measures have been used in many air separation units and have achieved obvious effects.
