摘 要:目的:对三七茜草复方进行拆方实验研究。方法:建立置Cu-IUD家兔的动物模型,观察三七茜草复方及三七、茜草单独对置Cu-IUD家兔的血液流变学、子宫内膜表浅微血管总数、以及6-K-PGF1α、TXB2、t-PA活性的影响。结果:三七茜草复方及三七、茜草均能减少置器后家兔子宫内膜浅血管数以及降低红细胞比容和低切、中切、高切下全血比黏度及血浆比黏度的作用,同时均能使家兔子宫匀浆6-K-PGF1α/TXB2比值和t-PA活性明显降低,但单用三七或茜草,效果不如复方。结论:三七茜草复方具有改善前列腺素的平衡失调,纤溶系统,血液流变学的异常等病理变化的作用,三七、茜草是其组成的必要药味。Objective: To decompose the SQ complex prescription which was composed of Radix notoginseng and Radix rubiae. Methods:An animal model of Cu-IUD-wearing rabbits was established and was given SQ complex prescription, Radix notoginseng or Radix rubiae alone. Hemorheology markers, endometrium microvessel count, 6-K-PGF1α, TXB2, and t-PA were studied. Results:SQ complex prescription, Radix notoginseng and Radix rubiae all could reduce the endometrium microvessel count, degrade the erythrocrit, the blood viscosity at low, medium and high shear rate and the plasma viscosity of Cu-IUD-wearing rabbits, decrease the ratio of 6-K-P/TXB2 and t-PA activity obviously. But the effects of Radix notoginseng or Radix rubiae were weaker than that of SQ. Conclusion: SQ complex prescription can improve the disequilibrium of prostaglandin, plasminogen system, hemorheology etc. pathological changes. Radix notoginseng and Radix rubiae were necessary ingredients in it.
