摘　　要：半枝莲为民间常用抗肿瘤药,随着中药现代技术的应用,对其产生作用的物质基础作了深入的研究,发现其主要含有黄酮类化合物。对黄芩属植物半枝莲提取物及黄酮成分的抗肿瘤药理研究和应用前景进行综述,为进一步对半枝莲进行新药研究和开发工作提供依据。Scutellaria barbata D.Don is a antitumor herb. In the clinic,the herb has been used in the treatment of digestive system cancers,hepatoma,lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer and so on.Many domestic and foreign researchers have been making the investigations through new technology and method on Scutellaria barbata components , especially its active component - flavonoid ,pharmacological specificity and mechanism. The author summarizes the pharmacological advance on scutellaria barbateD.Don.
