强肾胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症临床观察及机制研究

摘　　要：糖尿病骨质疏松症为糖尿病常见慢性并发症之一,对社会和个人危害极大,已成为21世纪的重大课题。观察了强肾胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松症的防治效果,研究发现,强肾胶囊可明显地改善患者的临床症状,尤其是对倦怠乏力和腰膝酸痛,疗效明显优于对照组;在降低空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖方面,与对照组无明显差异;强肾胶囊还可改善患者的血液流变学指标,减少患者的尿钙排泄;强肾胶囊试验组骨密度值有所回升,但上升幅度不大,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为81.58%,而对照组总有效率仅为69.44%。Osteoporosis diabetes common chronic complications of diabetes is one of great harm to society and indi- viduals, has become the twenty- first century, a major issue. This observed Qiangshen capsule on osteopomsis, diabe- tes, preventive effect, the study found Qiangshen capsule can significantly improve the patient~ clinical symptoms, espe- cially fatigue weakness and waist and knee pain, efficacy is superior to the control group; in reducing the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in two hours, with no significant difference in the control group; Qiangshen cap- sule also to improve the patientg blood rheology to reduce the patient~ urinary calcium excretion; Qiangshen capsule bone mineral density test group has gone up, However, not rise, with significantly different before treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Test group, the total effective rate was 81.58%, while the control group, the total effective rate was only 69.44%.
