摘  要:目的:通过实验来筛选出复方茯苓甘草汤防治慢性肺动脉高压(PAH)的有效成分。方法:采用正交试验法,以平均肺动脉压、右心指数和肺血管形态学的改变为指标,进行整体动物的药效学试验,观察各分离成分对PAH的防治作用。结果:可认为60%液与95%液能使大鼠模型mPAP、RV/(LV+S)、MA(%)、PMA(%)和MA/LA降低,NMA(%)则升高;而蒸洗液与30%液不能起效。尚不能认为蒸洗液、30%液、60%液、95%液这4种提取液之间的一级交互作用和二级交互作用对大鼠模型上述指标有影响。结论:筛选出60%液、95%液这两个有效部位(群)/有效成分(群)作为复方茯苓甘草汤防治常压缺氧性PAH大鼠模型的主要物质基础。Objective: To identify an active ingredient that could be used in the treatment of chronic pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) from the Fufang Fuling Gancao Decoction.Methods:In the studies, the experiment was performed by orthogonal design, the mPAP,RV/ (LV+S) and related indexes of pneumoangiogram morphology were regarded as criterion for evaluation of the every composition against PAH. Results: Ex.60% and Ex.95% could decrease mPAP,RV/(LV+S),MA(%),PMA(%),MA/ LA and increase NMA(%)of rat model, but could not Ex.D.W and Ex.30%.It could not be considered that two-way interactions or second-order interactions among these four compositions had any effect upon all the related indexes of rat model.Conclusion: Ex.60% and Ex.95% could be deemed to be the active ingredients of Fufang Fuling Gancao Decoction against rat model of chronic normobaric hypoxic PAH.
