胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎所致纤维化大鼠血清MDA含量血小板源性生长因子PDGF-B表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)和血小板源性生长因子B(PDGF-B)表达的影响。方法:以L-精氨酸左下腹腔注射制备大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型,予相应药物灌胃治疗,2个月后取血清用生化检测法测定MDA含量,取胰腺组织用免疫组织化学法测定PDGF-B的含量。结果:模型组MDA、PDGF-B含量明显高于空白组、中药对照组及中药治疗组,中药治疗组MDA、PDGF-B含量低于中药对照组。结论:胰泰复方能降低胰腺组织中MDA和PDGF-B的含量,对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化具有恢复作用。Objective：To investigate the influences of YITAI compounded medication on the expression of maleic dialdehyde and platelet derived growth factor-B of the model rats with chronic pancreatitis fibrosis.Methods：To establish the chronic pancreatitis rats model with L-arginine with the method of celia injection, we gave them YITAI compounded medication and collected serum and pancreas to check the contents of MDA and PDGF-B with the method of immune histochemistry.Results：The contents of MDA in serum and PDGF-B in model group was obviously higher than normal group,Chinese medicine control group and Chinese medicine treatment group,the contents of MDA in serum and PDGF-B in Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than Chinese medicine control group.Conclusion：YITAI Compounded Medication can decrease the contents of MDA in serum and PDGF-B in pancreas,so it plays an important role in the recovery of chronic pancreatitis fibrosis.
