摘　　要：以肥胖型糖尿病的基本病机"脾失健运,痰湿阻络"为切入点,根据中医治未病和络病理论,结合柴可夫教授多年临床经验,探讨健脾和络法治疗肥胖型糖尿病的依据和临床意义。The paper take the basic pathogenesis of Obesity Diabetes which is ＂failure of transportation of spleen, stagnation of phlegm and Dampness in collaterals＂ as the main point, According to treating before the disease occurs and collateral disease theory, combined with modern research and tutor Professor CHA I Ke-fu years clinical experience, the paper discuss the evidence and clinical meaning of the treatment Obesity Diabetes by nourishing spleen and harmonizing meridians and collaterals.
