摘　　要：首次成功探索了一条快速、经济、有效的分离纯化nimbin的精制流程,即一次硅胶柱层析—→二次Florisil柱层析—→甲醇结晶的分离精制流程,同时考察了梯度洗脱、不同洗脱速度、不同收集方法对nimbin纯度和回收率的影响,得到纯度为96.072%的nimbin纯化合物。A new quick,economical and effective process to acquire pure nimbin has been gotten as follows：the first time silica gel column chromatography ？？ →the second time Florisil column chromatography ？？ →methanol crystallization,then 96.072% pure nimbin was reached naturally.At the same time,we studied the effect of gradient elution,different elution rate and different collection method on the purity and recovery of nimbin.
