摘　　要：１前言作为一个重要成分和操作控制参数，氧浓度的监测，不仅在细胞培养与发酵系统，在化学化工、医疗保健、食品卫生以及环境保护等许多行业和部门均有着十分重要的意义。由于其他许多组分的分析和测量，最终都可归结为氧浓度的分析和测量（如许多生物传感器都以氧传感器...According to the principle of the dynamic oxygen quenching of the fluorescence and phosphorescence from sensing luminescent materials, a kind of novel optical oxygen sensors are developed in our laboratory. The sensors can be used to determine oxygen quickly and precisely. A brief discussion on the performance and tow point calibrations of the sensors have been carried out. Effects of temperature and steam sterilization on the performance of the sensors are also studied.
