摘 要:随着我国新型干法水泥生产工艺、技术装备和系统控制的日趋成熟,NSP窑斜度、转速、窑内物料停留时间、平均负荷率和装机功率等设计参数得到了逐步优化,窑系统产量和综合效益得到大幅提高。通过采集大量2000~2500t/d熟料和4000~5000t/d熟料NSP窑技术方案的最新生产数据,和通过生产实践及研究成果捏合建立一个表征性数学模型,对二大类各11个设计方案的详实计算和分析比较,以探索设计参数间变化规律和对能耗的影响。结果表明:NSP窑的斜度和长径比对节能的影响巨大。其中斜度从3.5%加大为4.0%时,节能13%左右;从4.0%加大为4.5%时,节能11%左右;长径比每减少1.0,则能实现节能约6%~7%。在此计算分析的基础上,提出了全新的节能新窑型设计方案——二支承新型超短窑。With the New Dry Process cement technology and equipment and control system becoming increasingly mature, the following design parameters were optimized step by step as NSP kiln inclination, rotary speed, raw material residence time, average load rate and installed power, and the output and whole benefit were increased greatly. By collecting up to date production data of large numbers of 2 000 - 2 500 t/d and 4 000 - 5 000 t/d NSP kiln and by building a simulation mode, the author calculated and compared detailedly the datas of the eleven different design shcemes to find the change law of the parameters and its effect on energy consumption. The resuits show that the inclination and ratio of length to diameter affects the energy consumption greatly as when the inclination inrease from 3.5% to 4.0%, the energy saving rate is 13%, when the inclination increase from 4.0% to 4.5%, the energy saving rate is H%, 1.0 decreasing of ratio of length to diameter can realize 6%-7% energy saving. On base of the analysis and calculation, a bran-new saving energy kiln scheme was put forward New Two-supporting Supper-short kiln.
