牡丹皮有效成分重组复方对犬实验性急性心肌梗死的影响

摘　　要：目的观察牡丹皮有效成分丹皮酚和芍药苷配伍对实验犬心肌缺血及心肌梗死的影响。方法结扎冠状动脉前降支造成犬急性心肌梗死模型。采用心外膜电图标测心肌缺血范围及程度,定量组织学(N-BT染色法)测定心肌梗死范围。结果丹皮酚、芍药苷各配伍组均能减轻缺血程度和降低缺血范围,并缩小心肌梗死面积,其作用优于牡丹皮组,且可明显改善犬急性心肌缺血程度(P<0.05或P<0.01),明显减少经N-BT染色所显示的心肌梗死区(P<0.01)。结论牡丹皮有效成分丹皮酚和芍药苷重组复方对心肌缺血具有良好保护作用。Objectives To study the effects of effective constituent of Cortex Moutan - Paeonol and Paeoniflorin on myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction in experimental canines. Methods The coronary artery ligation was employed to establish the model of canines with acute myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction. The extent of myocardial ischernia was detected by epicardial-electrocardiogram and the extent of infarction was determined by N-BT staining method. Results The adminstration of Paeonol and Paeoniflorin reduced the myocardial ischemia level （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The adminstration of Paeonol and Paeoniflorin reduced the infarction range marked by N-BT staining method （P〈0.01）. The effects were superior than Cortex Moutan. Conclusions The effective constituent of Cortex Moutan - Paeonol and Paeoniflorin reassociated complex prescription has good effect of protecting myocardial ischemia.
