摘  要:设计一种新型的垂直转盘式立体车库控制系统,其以单片机AT89C51为核心处理器,由传感器电路、电机驱动电路、IC卡读写机电路和上位机监控模块组成。当检测到车辆存取信号时,读写IC卡上数据信息,垂直转盘和编码盘同步转动,控制电机按最小转向把车位转动到地平线上,转动的角位移量通过光电编码盘传感器传送给单片机,输出控制信号控制电机停止。完成车辆存取后,单片机通过RS-232接口与上位机通信,将存取信息记录在数据库中。试验证明,该系统结构简单,运行安全可靠,存取车时间短,自动化控制水平高。A new control system is designed for vertical turntable stereo garages. With an AT89C51 single chip ma- chine as its core processor, the system consists of a sensor circuit, a motor drive circuit, an IC-card reader/writer, and a monitoring module for the host computer. Whenever access signals from a vehicle are detected, the control system reads from and writes to the data on the IC card, and then makes the vertical turntable and coded disk rotate synchronously, cau- sing the control motor to rotate the vehicle position to the level of the same elevation as the ground. The angular displace- ment of the rotation is transmitted via the sensor on the photoelectric coded disk to the single chip machine, which then out- puts control signals to make the control motor stop. After a vehicle access is completed, the single chip machine communi- cates with the host computer via an RS -232 port and then stores access information as records in the database. As experi- ments have proved, this system features a simple structure, safe and reliable operation, reduced vehicle access time, and a high level of automated control.
