摘　　要：我国造纸工业已开始进入一个新的历史阶段,在国家正组织编制"十二五"规划这一关键时刻,需要更新我们的思维和理念,全面思考、探索我国造纸工业未来的发展,深入分析行业焦点热点问题:构建具有中国特色的绿色纸业,加快结构调整、产业升级和转变经济增长方式,高度关注我国的造纸原料问题,……。China paper industry has come into a new period stage with reaching its peak.On the crucial occasion of drawing up the 12th five-year plan,what we need to do is to renew our thin king and idea,explore the future development of China paper industry,analyze the industry hot problems,for example,establishing a environmental friendly paper industry with Chinese characteristics,fastening the structural adjustment,industry upgrading,transforming the style of economic increase,paying high attention on the problem of raw materials and so on.
