摘 要:以廉价水玻璃、白炭黑为复合硅源,偏铝酸钾溶液为铝源,氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠为碱液水热合成高结晶度L沸石。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对合成的L沸石分子筛进行了表征。XRD检测结果表明:制备的L沸石分子筛具有典型的L沸石特征峰,并具有较高结晶度。L沸石的合成区间相对狭窄,我们严格控制反应条件,全面考察了在加入L沸石导向剂的情况下,反应物配比,晶化时间,晶化温度,添加剂对L沸石合成的影响。Based on low- cost raw material water glass and white carbon black as composite silicon sourse, KA102 as aluminum source, KOH, NaOH as alkli liquor, the high crystallinity L zeolite is synthe- sised by hydlvthermal method. The L zeolite molecular sieve are characterized by XRD, SEM. the XRD re- sult shows, The product has typical characteristic peak of L zeolite, which has a high crystallinity. The syn- thesis section of L zeolite is narrow relatively. We control the reaction conditions strictly, the effect of re- actant ratio,crystallization time,crystallzation temperature, additive to synthesis of L zeolite is overall in- vestigated under adding L zeolite directing agent.
