摘　　要：分析基于FLOM估计的共变谱估计,当α<1时,这种方法并不适应。提出了一种分数低阶共变谱的估计方法,通过对这两种α稳定分布噪声中正弦信号估计与分辨的仿真结果的比较表明,文章提出的方法显示出了较好的谱估计性能,且对α稳定分布噪声具有广泛的适用性。The analyses based on the estimations FLOM covariation-Spectrum was not applicable when α1.A method of estimation of FLOC was proposed,the comparison of two spectrum estimations by results of emulator showed that the method proposed in this article presents was a good capability and it could be widely applied to α-stable distribution.Especially when the value of α was small,the method of FLOC spectrum estimation had an incomparable advantage.
