摘  要:采用丝网印刷工艺在氧化铝陶瓷基片上制备了六角钡铁氧体厚膜,研究了外加磁场对厚膜磁特性的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品进行表征。结果表明,垂直膜面磁场取向后,剩余磁化强度(Mr)大大增加。随着取向磁场的增高,矩形比(Mr/Ms)由未取向时的0.54提高到0.84。可以通过增加膜的致密度和消除不均匀性来进一步提高矩形比。该厚膜具有自偏置特性,在自偏置微波器件中具有应用潜力。We prepared barium hexaferrite thick films by screen printing technology on a alumina substrate, and studited the effect of applied field on the magnetic properties of the thick films. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). The results indicated that remanent magnetization (Mr) was greatly enhanced when applying magnetic field perpendicular to the film plane, and hysteresis loop squareness(Mr/Ms)increases from 0.54 to 0.84 with increasing the magnetic field, and the higher Mr/Ms values can be achieved by increasing film density and eliminating inhomogeneous. The film demonstrates self-bias properties, and has potential applications in self-biasing microwave devices.
