摘  要:无极灯作为新一代的绿色照明光源具有高光效、长寿命、高显色、光线稳定等特点,其对所用的磁心的综合性能提出了很高要求。针对这些要求,参考高综合性能锰锌铁氧体材料开发思路,使用优化配方湿法量产的基料试验了各种掺杂组合,确立了批量生产宽温宽频节能环保照明材料的核心技术及工艺对策,开发出能满足无极灯磁心性能要求的宽温宽频节能FBT铁氧体材料。As a new generation of green lighting, electrodeless discharge lamp is characterized by its high light efficiency, long life, high coloration and steady ray, etc. and has very high requirements for the combination property of used ferrite core. Aiming at these specific requirements, and refering to the development direction and route of high performance Mn-Zn ferrite material, optimized component ferrite powder based on wet method and mass production was mixed with various kinds of associated adulteration. Kernel technology was established for producing broad temperature and frequency ranges and high Curie temperature ferrite material for green lights. Finally, ferrite material named as FBT was successfully developed meeting the requirements for electrodeless discharge lamp.
