摘 要:表面活性剂的亲水-疏水平衡值(HLB)对表面活性剂的影响很大。其中聚乙二醇的HLB值为20,有很强的亲水性,油酸的HLB值为1,有很强的亲油性。本文探索通过使用这两种具有典型HLB值的表面活性剂来改善磁流变液性能,主要研究其对磁流变液稳定性的影响。试验表明在油基磁流变液中,使用亲油性的表面活性剂较使用亲水性的表面活性剂具有更好的沉降稳定性,而混合使用此两种表面活性剂的效果较单独使用效果更佳;添加触变剂也能在一定程度上提高磁流变液的沉降稳定性;少量添加剂的使用能改变磁流变液的剪切应力,但变化不大。The hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value of surfactants has a significant effect on the property of surfactants. HLB value of polyethylene glycol is 20, and it has strong hydrophilicity. HLB value of oleic acid is 1, and it has strong lipophilicity. In this experiment, the magneto-rheological fluid (MRF) was prepared by using the two surfactants and the sedimentation stability of the MRF prepared was studied. The results indicated that the oil-based MRF with lipophilic surfactants has better sedimentation stability than the MRF with hydrophilic surfactants, and the stability of MRF with mixing the two surfactants is better than that with one surfactant only. The sedimentation stability of MRF can be improved by adding thixotropic agent. Adding a small amount of surfactant makes no obvious change in shear stress of MRF.
