摘 要:针对国内生产的铁氧体橡塑磁粉六价铬(Cr6+)含量高而带来的环保问题,通过借鉴处理Cr6+的常用方法,结合铁氧体橡塑磁粉中Cr6+的形成特点,对橡塑磁粉中Cr6+进行削减试验研究。实验结果表明,在常规的生产工艺过程中添加适当的试剂对磁粉中Cr6+进行溶解或还原处理,或者几种方法并用,可控制磁粉的Cr6+含量在20×10―6以下,而且不影响磁粉磁性能,从而获得环保型橡塑磁粉。On account of high C^r6+ content in domestic plastic-rubber ferrite powder and considering the characteristic of C^r6+ formation in the powder, experiments were performed on reducing the C^r6+ content by using conventional C^r6+ reducing way. The result indicated that the C^r6+ content can be reduced to a low level of20×10^-6 by dissolving or reducing the C^r6+ in powder by adding proper agent in the common production, without decreasing the magnetic property of the powder. By these methods, environmental protection magnetic powder can be produced.
