摘　　要：在科学理论评价与选择问题上,由于受多种因素的影响,科学家们的评价结果往往具有不确定性,科学研究由于必须选择某种理论(假说),因而存在着巨大的风险性。科学理论的战略评价需要把所有不确定性因素统统加以考虑。不确定性战略管理要求用更灵活的方法进行情境分析,改变过去那种只以确定性来分析和解决问题的方法。As for the results of scientific theoretical evaluation and choice,there's always much uncertainty because the evaluation and choice of scientists is under the influence of many kinds of factors.There's also enormous risk in science research because of its need for some kind of theory (hypothesis).After the analysis of uncertainty in scientific theoretical evaluation,the dissertation brings forward a concept,that is,the strategic management of scientific theoretical evaluation,and devotes an elementary discussion to this topic.
