摘　　要：针对文中并未提及大唐热网热网监控系统工程,提出了一种基于SCADA系统的热网监控系统设计与实现方法,详细介绍了通讯终端与调度中心的功能和通信流程,以及系统的软件、硬件实现。This paper presented the design and implement on heating network monitoring system based on SCADA,aiming at heating network monitoring system.It also introduced the functions and communicative process between communicative terminal and dispatching center,the implement of system software hardware.
