微波萃取—气质联用分析天麻挥发油

摘　　要：利用微波萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法、乙醇回流法分别提取了天麻中的挥发油,利用气相色谱—质谱联用法分析挥发油的化学成分,采用面积归一化法对鉴定出的成分进行定量。通过对不同萃取方法的比较得出微波萃取法具有提取时间短,溶剂用量少,萃取产物多等特点,是天麻挥发油提取的最佳方法。The paper has used the microwave extraction method,steam distillation,the ethyl alcohol backflow approach and extracted the volatile oil from gastrodia elata blume,and used the GC-MS to separate and analyze their chemical composition,and adopted the peak area normalizing to quantitate.The microwave extraction method,obtained by comparing the numbers of components,compounds type,extraction time and the oil extraction rate,is the optimum extraction one among the three methods.This study establishes a primary foundation to make more use of gastrodia elata blume.
