摘 要:旨在为研究高效的复杂乳化液的处理技术提供理论基础,从微观角度研究电破乳机理,设计构建了适合本研究特点的电破乳分散相液滴行为观察系统,针对高压静电场中液滴的变形、破裂、碰撞、聚合及运动等行为进行了细致的实验研究,获取了大量液滴行为的珍贵图像资料,通过数据及理论分析探讨了影响液滴行为的主要因素,并从工业应用角度分析了其对电脱水工艺的影响,同时从乳化液系统的力学特性入手,通过受力分析初步建立了液滴形态的数学模型,并尝试进行了简单的数值求解。To provide a theoretical foundation for the studying of a more efficient handling technology of the complex emulsion, the electric demulsification mechanism is researched innovatively from the micro-perspective and an observing system which was suitable for the characteristics of dispersed phase droplet influenced by electric demulsifieation was designed. Aim at the be- havior of the droplets in the electrostatic field such as deformation, breaking up, collision, eoalescence,a detailed experimental study was carried out and a large number of valuable images were got. The main factors that impact droplet behavior were studied through data processing and theoretical analysis. Also their influence on electric dehydration process was analyzed from the view of industrial applications. Meanwhile, the mathematical model of droplet was set up through the force analysis with the consideration of the mechanical properties of the emulsion system,A simple numerical solution was also carried out.
