摘　　要：科学发展观和广西北部湾经济区建设之关系问题,是以科学发展观指导广西北部湾经济区建设首要的和基本的问题。文章力求从马克思主义哲学的全新视野,探析科学发展观和广西北部湾经济区建设内在辩证的统一关系问题,这对于以科学发展统领广西北部湾经济区建设全局,无疑具有重大的理论和实践意义。The relationship with Scientific concept of development and Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone,is the scientific development view Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone on the most important and fundamental problem.This article from the constant pursuit of the new field of vision,analysis of the scientific concept of development in the Beibu Gulf economic zone on the unity of the internal dialectic relationship problem,this is commanding the scientific development in Guangxi global economic zone on the Gulf of Beibu,will no doubt have great theoretical and practical significance.
