活血化瘀类中药治疗急性冠状动脉综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀类中药治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的疗效。方法:选择符合急性冠状动脉综合征诊断标准的患者64例分为非活血化瘀组与活血化瘀组。结果:活血化瘀组患者治疗后症状学积分降低显著,即患者临床症状明显改善,同时不良反应与TESS评分少。结论:活血化瘀类中药能明显改善急性冠状动脉综合征气阴两虚证患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the blood circulation category of Chinese medicine treatment of acute coronary syndrome advantage. Methods： The diagnostic criteria consistent with acute coronary syndrome patients were divided into 64 cases of non-blood stasis group and the blood circulation group. Results： Blood circulation in patients after treatment significantly reduced symptoms of learning points, namely, clinical symptoms improved, while adverse reactions and TESS score less. Conclusion： The blood circulation Chinese herbs can improve the Qi and Yin Deficiency card with acute coronary syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms.
