不同标准空腹血糖受损人群高血压分布特征分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨2种标准空腹血糖受损人群高血压特点及相关危险因素。方法:对3828例40岁以上居民进行流行病学调查,分别对空腹血糖≥5.6mmol/L和空腹血糖≥6.1mmol/L的空腹血糖受损者的血压状况进行分析。结果:在以空腹血糖为6.1mmol/L为切点诊断的245例空腹血糖受损人群中,高血压的患病率为31.43%,男性(34.55%)高于女性(28.89%),P<0.05;高血压前期患病率为44.90%,男性(43.64%)低于女性(45.93%),P>0.05;在以空腹血糖为5.6mmol/L为切点诊断的627例空腹血糖受损人群中,高血压的患病率为31.74%,男性(34.54%)高于女性(29.89%),P<0.05;高血压前期患病率为47.05%,男性(51.41%)高于女性(44.18%)(P<0.05)。结论:分别以5.6mmol/L和6.1mmol/L为诊断切点的空腹血糖受损人群高血压和高血压前期总患病率分别为76.33%和78.79%.Objective：To examine the characteristics about blood pressure in different impaired fasting glucose populaton. Methods： A cross-sectional study was conducted on 3828 residents above 40 years old.To analyze the characteristics about hypertension among people whose fasting blood glucose（FPG）≥5.6 mmol/L. Results：The prevalence of hypertension （HP） in impaired fasting glucose（FPG≥6.1 mmol/L）population was 31.43%,it was higher in male（34.55%）than in female （28.89%）,P0.05,The prevalence of prehypertensive（PHP） was 44.90%,it was higher in female（45.93%）than in male （43.64%）,P0.05. The prevalence of HP in impaired fasting glucose（FPG≥5.6 mmol/L）population was 31.74%, it was higher in male（34.54%）than in female（29.89%） ,P0.05,The prevalence of PHP was 47.05%, it was higher in male （51.41%） than in female（44.18%）,P0.05.Conclusion： The prevalence of abnormal blood pressure（HP＋PHP）in different IFG population were 76.33% and 78.79%.
