流感疫苗的不良反应及意义

摘　　要：目的回顾流感疫苗接种后不良反应的文献,分析其临床指导意义。方法检索数据库,筛选大样本报道,进行统计分析。结果共有接种对象8677例。不良反应发生时间主要集中于接种后72h内。<3岁组不良反应发生率为0.8%低于≥3岁组的2.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对不良反应的处理均能取得较好的效果,不良反应可在1～2d消失。结论临床医师应重视流感疫苗的不良反应,密切观察患者临床表现,对不同的人群要关注其反应特点,确保用药安全,并及时处理不良反应。Objective To analyse related literature of adverse reaction to influenza vaccine and clinical significance.Methods Searched the reports with more samples in the database and analyzed the characteristics of all the recipients.Results There were 8 677 recipients in all the three reports.The adverse reaction was happened mostly during 72h after injection.Children younger than 3 years had a lower incidence of the adverse reaction than people older than 3 years（0.8% vs 2.2%）,the difference was satistically significant（P〈0.05）.Treatments of adverse reaction were quite effective.ConclusionClinicians should pay attention to influenza vaccine adverse events,closely observe patients＇ clinical manifestations to ensure the safety of drug use and to treat the adverse reaction in time.
