摘 要:制备了高抗冲聚苯乙烯和马来酸酐的接枝共聚物,利用红外光谱,电子能谱和动态力学谱对产物的结构进行了表征,并通过滴定法测定了接枝物中马来酸酐的含量。结果表明马来酸酐接枝到了高抗冲聚苯乙烯中顺丁橡胶的分子链上,接技率为4.7%。研究了该接枝共聚物对PA1010/HIPS共混物的增容作用。电镜照片显示,随着共聚物中接枝物含量的增加,分散相相区尺寸明显减小,说明增容效果显著。测定了共混体系的拉伸行为,研究了拉伸断面形貌,结果显示增容剂的加入提高了共混物的力学性能。The graft copolymer of malice anhydride(MA) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS) was prepared. IR, electron spectroscopy (ES) and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) were used to characterize the structure of the products. The content of MA in the graft copolymer was measured by means of titration.The results showed that MA grafted to the chain of polybutadiene rubber in HIPS and the graft degree was 4.7%. Then,the role of the graft copolymer as a compatibiliaer was investigated.SEM photomicrographs showed that the size of dispersed phase decreased with increasing the content of the graft copolymer in PA1010/HIPS blends and the miscibility between PA1010 and HIPS in these blends was improved.Improvement of tensile properties and tensile fractures indicate that the HIPS-g-MA is a effectual compatibilizer to the HIPS/PA1010 blends.
