摘 要:以CH4CO2O2反应为探针,对从天然气水蒸气转化工业装置上卸下的失活CN16催化剂进行了再生研究.结果表明,当失活CN16催化剂先经氢气还原,再在不同温度下通入再生剂,然后升温至900℃时,起始再生温度对催化剂的活性影响很小;而当失活CN16催化剂不经氢气还原,在不同温度下通入再生剂,然后升温至900℃时,随起始再生温度的升高,再生催化剂的活性增大.XRD和分散度测试结果表明,失活催化剂表面大部分是NiO,800℃以下直接通入再生剂很难使其分散;而将NiO先还原为单质Ni,然后通入再生剂,可以使Ni重新分散,镍的分散度、比表面积和再生效果能够接近新鲜CN16催化剂的水平.失活催化剂经氢气还原,900℃下通入再生剂,再生后的催化剂在n(CH4)∶n(CO2)∶n(O2)=1∶04∶05,温度为600℃,空速为80000h-1的条件下运行140h,产物合成气的摩尔分数始终保持在81%左右,再生催化剂具有良好的活性、选择性、抗积炭性和稳定性.The regeneration conditions and catalytic activity of deactivated industrial catalyst named CN 16 for CH 4 CO 2 O 2 reaction have been studied using a new activity rejuvenating agent. XRD and Ni dispersion examination results indicated that the surface of partly deactivated CN 16 catalyst is full of NiO crystal phase, and it is difficult for NiO to re disperse when conducting activity rejuvenating agent directly. However, when NiO was reduced to Ni, and then Ni was re oxidized and re dispersed, the dispersion effect may be as good as that of the fresh CN 16 catalyst. The CH 4 CO 2 O 2 reaction has been carried out under the conditions of high content of oxygen ( n (CH 4)∶ n (CO 2)∶ n (O 2)=1∶0 4∶0 5) at 600℃ on the regenerated catalyst. The result shows that the content of CO+H 2 in tail gas was kept around 81% during 140 h of reaction, which suggests that the regenerated catalyst has not only high catalytic activity, but also good stability.
