摘  要:采用共沉淀法开发了绿铜锌矿型1,4丁二醇液相合成γ丁内酯用新型催化剂,经直接还原,1,4丁二醇转化率约100%,γ丁内酯收率高于92%;用DSC技术选定了还原条件,运用XRD和XPS等技术优化了催化剂配方;考察了催化剂的稳定性。A new catalyst with the structure of aurichalcite for γ butyrolactone production by the liquid phase dehydrocyclization of 1,4 butanediol was prepared by co precipitation method. The catalyst through direct reduction showed higher catalytic activity and selectivity in the given reaction . The reduction condition was chosen by DSC and the secret recipe was optimized by XRD and XPS. The stability of the catalyst was investigated and the reaction rate equation was obtained through the experimental results for the reaction kinetics.
