一次性医用灌肠器具的研制及其临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的介绍一次性医用灌肠器的研制情况及其在患者中应用的可行性及效果,选择更合适、经济、便捷的灌肠器具。方法将40例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各20例,实验组用自制医用灌肠器进行钡剂灌肠,对照组给予传统的灌肠器进行钡剂灌肠,比较2组患者灌肠时舒适度,每次灌肠液量、时间以及钡剂充盈效果。结果实验组无钡剂外溢及肠黏膜损伤情况的发生,效果与对照组差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用专利产品医用灌肠器灌肠效果好,提高了工作效率,减少了环境污染,是临床工作中理想的灌肠器具。Objective To introduce the development of the disposable medical enemator, study the feasibility and effect of it in patients, and to select the appropriate,economic,convenient medical enemator. Methods 40 patients were divided into study group and control group randomly with 20 patients in each group. Self-made medical enemator was used in study group by barium enema,and conventional enemator was used in control group. Then, a and the barium filling were compared between two groups. Results There were no barium spillover and intestinal mucosa injury in study group, with no significant differences between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Our patent product--disposable medical enemator has good effect, t can improve the work efficiency, reduce the environmental pollution. It＇s a perfect enemator in the clinical work.
