“5.12”特大地震血管损伤患者的筛选及治疗对策

摘　　要：目的探讨特大地震致血管损伤患者的筛选及治疗救助意义。方法运用体检及彩超检查,筛选出血管损伤患者225例,并根据病情适当选用抗凝、溶栓、祛聚等方法治疗。结果筛选的225例血管伤患者中,因动脉损伤导致截肢36例,截肢率占动脉损伤的17.39%。对于挤压综合征合并血管损伤的患者,截肢率占2.5%。2例假性动脉瘤患者手术后康复出院。18例静脉血栓患者在治疗5 d～30 d后,肢体肿胀消退出院。结论血管损伤是地震伤中常见疾病,血管损伤的早发现、早诊断可为患者赢得宝贵的诊疗时间和很好的治疗效果。Objective Discussion earthquake in the significance of diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases. Mothods Through physical examination and ultrasonography found 225 cases of vascular disease in all patients.And treatment including the anticoagulant treatment, thrombolysis, eliminate the platelet aggregation. Results As a result of arterial injury led to the amputation of 36 patients, the amputation rate of 17.39%. For the combined squeeze patients with vascular injury, the amputation rate of 2.5%. Two pseudoaneurysm and 18 patients of phlebothrombosis are discharged from hospital after surgery. Conclusion Earthquake often lead to vascular disease.Early detection and treatment, for patients to win valuable time and good medical treatment.
