摘　　要：目的研究背景音乐在结肠镜检查中所起的作用。方法随机将接受结肠镜检查的患者分为背景音乐组和对照组,对比观察两组的检查成功率、患者耐受性及平均插镜时间。结果背景音乐组的肠镜检查成功率、患者耐受性和平均插镜时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论背景音乐可以提高肠镜检查成功率,改善患者对肠镜的耐受程度,并能缩短肠镜的检查时间。Objective To study the role of background music in colonoscopy.Methods patients who will receive colonoscopy were divided into background music group and the control group randomly, then compare the difference of success rate, the patients＇ tolerance and the average insertion time.Results The success rate, the patients＇tolerance and the average insertion time of background music group is superior to the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion The background music can increase the success rate of colonoscopy, improve patients＇ tolerance of colonoscopy, and can shorten the time of colonoscopy examination.
