摘　　要：雷公藤甲素(triptolide)又叫雷公藤内酯醇,它是从雷公藤中分离出的一种含有3个环氧基的二萜内酯化合物,其在雷公藤中的含量非常低,其中叶子中的含量比其他部位的相对较高,但是一般的植物提取得率都非常低。在充分保留其抗肿瘤、抗炎和免疫抑制等活性作用成分的基础上合成多种适合临床应用的药物,为临床有效治疗各种疾病提供了新的思路和方法。Extracts of Tripterygium wilfordii roots have a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine and have shown great promise in recent clinical trials as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. The major active component of Tripterygium root extracts is the diterpenoid triptolide. Previous studies have shown that the antiinflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of the extracts could be accounted for by the presence of two diterpenoid epoxides, triptolidc and tripdiolide.
