介入安置胃造漏管在食道梗阻病人的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨解决严重食道梗阻病人营养问题的方法。方法对18例晚期食道癌丧失进食能力病人，采用介入安置胃造漏管。观察病人的体重、体力恢复、精神状态、电解质紊乱和皮下脂肪的变化。结果病人体重增加，短期内精神好转，低钾血症等相关症状改善。结论介入安置胃造漏管术操作简便，创伤小，痛苦少，费用低，临床治疗效果满意。此术有望取代普通外科手术方法安置胃造漏管。Objective：To study the way of resolving malnutrition of severe esophageal obstruction. Methods.. Total 18 patients of Later-stage esophagus cancer, who lost capacity to eat, were treated with gastrostomy tube by intervention placement way. Patients parameters about weight, physical strength, mental status, electrolyte disorder and thickness of subcutaneous fat were recorded. Results： After gastrostomy tube placement, the patients weight were increased, mental status were better , hypokalemia were rectifed. Conclusion： intervention placement of gastrostomy tube is a simple operation, it is less hurt, less pain, less expenses and more clinical efficacy. This operation should be replaced ordinary surgical operation to place gastrostomy tube.
