摘　　要：回顾武汉"福星惠誉·水岸星城"住宅区的规划设计过程,阐述城市中心现代滨水居住区的规划方法,并从基地分析、规划设计分析、单体分析3个方面详细论述该项目的设计特点。This project review gives expatiation on the planning method for waterfront residential area and presents the features of project design in detail on aspects of site, planning and individual design.
